Insurance and Self-Pay Options
Roots of Strength, LLC participates with some major health insurance plans. The following list should be used only as a guide as the status of the plans is subject to change. Please note the exceptions. If you are uncertain as to whether your individual health benefits plan includes receiving in-network services from Roots of Strength, please call your insurance company.
Accepted Insurance Plans
The following list should be used only as a guide as the status of the plans is subject to change and each policy is different. Clients are responsible for reviewing their benefits and understanding what mental health services are covered. Clients must also be aware of what their own out-of-pocket costs may be to include copays, co-insurance, and/or deductible. Clients will be charged the full rate for services if claims are denied or not covered by their insurance plan.

Self-Pay
As a client of Roots of Strength, LLC you have the right to self-pay for our services. This may be because you do not have insurance benefits, your benefits do not cover the mental health services you would like from us, or you would just prefer to opt-out of using your insurance benefits.

If you choose to be a self-pay client we will furnish a Good-Faith Estimate so that you will fully understand the scope of our pricing for the services you are looking to use. Current service estimates vary between clinicians and their licensure. Estimates are as follows:

Individual Therapy: $30 - $200 per session

Family/Couples Therapy: $30 - $250 per session

Group Therapy: $20 - $50 per session *durations of groups vary

If you currently have insurance benefits that would cover our mental health services you will be required to acknowledge and sign our Insurance Opt-Out Form which will be provided to you by your clinician.
